For our portrait sessions we want to make sure that you get to choose which photos you want. Everyone has a different opinion on what they like best. We might think that a specific photo looks amazing but you could hate it! For this reason we let you pick which images come with your session!

After your session we will cull through any “bad” photos such as closed eyes, duplicated poses, etc, and then do some basic editing on the rest and send them to you in a Proof Gallery. This is where you will look over the photos and pick which ones you would like us to finalize for you to keep.

We recommend purchasing upfront the larger collection if you know you would like more photos. This is going to be your best option cost wise. However if you did book our smaller pacakge and after looking through your proofing gallery decide you would like extra photos, no worries! You can purchase additional photos for a set fee per each additonal photo chosen and they will be edited and included in your final gallery.

Honestly? It might be a little bit awkward at first but that’s okay! We do our very best to make the session as enjoyable and comfortable for you as possible. One of our favorite things is when we have clients come nervous to a session and then watch them quickly realize, “hey, this isn’t actually so bad” and then by the end of it they are having so much fun. That’s our goal, for it to be fun!

Yes! We would love to have your furbaby join us! Just keep in mind that most pets have a mind of their own and it can be tricky to get them to sit still and “smile” for an image. But we are sure to get plenty of fun and playful candid images!

First and foremost, wear something you are comfortable in and feel good in! In general we recommend wearing solid simple colors, try to stay away from any busy patterns or tight stripes. Think about what the backgound might be like. If we are doing your session at a place with a lot of green trees or grass in the background, wearing green could make you blend in. Every session is unique though, so we are happy to give personal recommendations for your session.

Yes! Bringing extra items to your session can be so much fun! Some ideas of things to bring: a book, guitar, soccer ball, bicycle, picnic baset, champagne… you get the idea! Anything that is meaninful to you are that you just think would be fun to get creative with in photos. We love it!

We do not give out RAW images. Why? RAW images are just that…raw, plain unedited images that can’t be opened unless you are using special editing software. They aren’t the finished image that you hired us for! It’s like hiring a private chef but he only gives you the uncooked ingredients rather than the finished plated meal.
